How the pricing works.
Launch fee, one time
Covers scoping, integrations, evaluator design, and SOP onboarding. Typical range: €8-16k depending on deployment complexity.
Operating retainer, monthly
Covers tuning, weekly ops review, monthly business review, and the named Operating Partner. Blended across multiple roles if you run more than one.
Role-level usage, on top
Each role meters its own work at the role level (Support Agent: ticket-equivalents; AR Specialist: invoice-equivalents) regardless of which capability does the work. Volume scales the variable component, not the fixed.
Range, not a single number
Costs are published as ranges. The low end applies at steady-state volume; the high end reflects complex or low-volume deployments. The binding number is set in scoping.
Human-equivalent anchor, side by side
Every role lists the fully-loaded annual cost of the equivalent hire (base salary × 1.35-1.65 load factor). Savings ratios are computable directly off the page.
No seats, no licence, no per-user
The role is paid for its work, not for how many humans touch the output. Pricing scales with the role's deployment, not with your headcount.
