Operational guarantee
Agree on the outcome. Then we're on the hook for it.
Every deployment carries a 90-day operational guarantee. Before launch, we contract to a specific KPI. If that KPI isn't hit by day 90, we keep working free until it is. No refund theatre. No small-print escape hatches. The role delivers or we keep fixing it on our time.
This page is a plain-English summary. The binding terms are the guarantee clause inside your signed Master Services Agreement.
How the guarantee works.
Step
01
Scoping: pick the KPI we're on the hook for
Every engagement starts with a scoping sprint. We pick one primary outcome KPI together — response time, DSO reduction, cycle time, pipeline quality, whatever the role is hired to move. The KPI is signed into the Master Services Agreement.
- Single, measurable, owned by the role — not shared with the internal team
- Baseline captured from your existing data before launch
- Target range agreed in writing (e.g., 25-40% faster first-response time)
Step
02
Launch: the role goes live with instrumentation
The role is deployed inside your stack. From day 1, every action the agent takes is measured against the KPI. You get a live dashboard and a weekly ops review with your named Operating Partner.
- Instrumentation built in at launch, not retrofitted
- Weekly ops review from week 1
- First meaningful KPI movement typically visible by week 3-4
Step
03
Day 90: we check the KPI on the record
At the 90-day mark we sit together and read the number. If we hit the target range, the guarantee closes and the engagement moves to standard operation. If we miss it, the remediation clause activates.
- Joint review with your operator + our named Operating Partner
- Data source: your systems of record, not our dashboard
- Pass: the engagement continues at standard terms
- Miss: remediation clause activates, see step 4
Step
04
Remediation: we keep working free until the KPI hits
If we miss by day 90, we keep working at zero additional retainer cost until the KPI is reached, in line with the remediation clause of the signed MSA. No caveat that it might be your SOPs. If the role is under-performing within the contracted scope, we fix it on our time.
- Zero additional retainer invoiced during remediation
- Scope of capabilities stays as contracted
- Remediation ends when the KPI target range is reached on 4 consecutive weeks
- If the target is structurally unreachable, you can terminate with no exit fee — terms in the MSA
What the guarantee covers.
Covered
- The primary outcome KPI signed into scoping
- The role's integration quality (connectors, data access, escalation routing)
- The role's policy and prompt performance against the authored SOPs
- Weekly operational review + tuning during remediation
- Early-termination-without-exit-fee if the KPI is structurally unreachable
Not covered
- Secondary KPIs not signed into the scoping document
- Business outcomes that depend primarily on teams outside the role's scope (e.g., sales pipeline while marketing is paused)
- Major scope changes requested mid-engagement (new capabilities add days to the clock)
- Integrations with platforms not in the catalog at contract time
- Force majeure: vendor outages outside InteractiveAI / Supabase SLAs
Full terms live in the Master Services Agreement signed at scoping. This page is a plain-English summary of what the contract commits.
Why we offer it.
The buying committee for an AI role always asks the same question: what if it doesn't work? The honest answer is usually risk-sharing buried in an SOW that nobody reads until something breaks. We'd rather put the risk on one page and sign it.
Operators who deploy roles through us are usually the ones pushing the vendor conversation forward internally. The guarantee is for them. It lets them walk into the CFO's office with a commitment, not a forecast. Most of the time the role hits the KPI well before day 90 and nobody talks about the clause again. When it doesn't, the clause is why we stay calm and keep shipping.
Want the guarantee in writing? We'll send it.
