1. Who we are
Agents Makers is a product of RC Ventures, registered in Cyprus ("we", "us"). Contact: ngarzotto@interactive.ai.
2. Use of the website
You may browse, reference, and share links to agentsmakers.com. You may not scrape, mirror, or re-distribute the catalog content at scale without written permission.
3. Pricing ranges and projections
All pricing ranges, impact ranges, deploy windows, and other quantitative claims on the website are projections labelled as such. They are illustrative and do not constitute a binding commercial offer. Binding pricing is communicated in a written scoping document signed with the client.
4. Intellectual property
The Agents Makers name, wordmark, catalog structure, methodology, and written content are owned by RC Ventures. Third-party platform names referenced on this site (HubSpot, Zendesk, Stripe, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used under fair reference.
5. No warranty
The website is provided "as is". We make no warranty of uninterrupted availability, accuracy of third-party data, or fitness for a particular purpose.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from your use of this website is limited to EUR 100. This limitation does not apply to death, personal injury, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus.
8. Changes
We may revise these terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
