Agents Makers is a product of RC Ventures ("we", "us"), a company registered in Cyprus. You can reach us at ngarzotto@interactive.ai.

• Contact form submissions: name, work email, company, role, and message content (stored for up to 24 months).
• Demo bookings: any information you enter into the HubSpot Meetings embed when scheduling a call.
• Product analytics: pageviews and anonymous interaction events via PostHog (EU region). We respect Do-Not-Track and do not use cross-site tracking.
• Error monitoring: unhandled errors captured by Sentry, without form content or message bodies.

When a client deploys one of our AI roles, the agent reads data from integrations the client has explicitly connected, e.g. help-desk tickets, CRM records, invoices. We act as a processor for that data under a data processing agreement signed with the client. Scope and retention are defined per engagement.

• Contract: when you request a demo, send a contact message, or engage us as an operating partner.
• Legitimate interest: analytics, error monitoring, and prospect-relationship management.
• Consent: for any optional marketing communications you opt into.

We use the following processors (EU-region where available):

• Vercel (hosting)
• Supabase (database, EU region)
• PostHog (analytics, EU region)
• Sentry (error monitoring)
• Resend (transactional email)
• HubSpot (demo scheduling + CRM)
• InteractiveAI (agent runtime for deployed engagements)

Under GDPR and equivalent frameworks you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of processing. Write to us at the address above and we'll respond within 30 days.
